+weeks passed with no call from clinic. I called around 11 am clinic ask nurse about my ketones and I hear sounds of keyboard clicking, and they can't find me anywhere in system.
+The nurse I'm speaking to tells me I'm crazy and if I'm not in system apparently I've never been to cedar river clinic. I calmly inform, I have receipt from cedar River clinic for $150 on 8-29-2015.
+I politely inform nurse if any fluid, blood, or missing documentation is sue-able by law. Nurse asked me to call an hour before closing time.
+I called back within said time. Ah, they have found my blood, urine, and paperwork in system. I asked about my ketones, and nurse informs me there is a customer at window, may put you on hold should only take a minute.
+When nurse returns to phone all she said was thank you for calling and have a nice day.
+I immediately called back and there was no pickup. I tried three times after nurse hung up.
