When we port in everybody is a target. Um, torture is not a necessary means for garnering info. Meaning hit them all with O2, and keep awake eventually people will sing, esp from sleep deprivation. Zero need to worry about drunks or stoners giving away secrets, but sleep deprivation. Remember keep hostage relaxed, unstrained,give lotsa goodies, workout equipment, but keep O2 Going.

Then turn off O2, and while hostage gets ready for slumber best time. Ask a flurry of questions, get answers, and immediately dispatch hostage to where ever. So hostage can face court for giving u.s. secrets in proper jurisdiction. That would be funny :)
